I am a PhD candidate  in the Joint Cross-Border Programme "International Economic Relations and Management" at the Doctoral Center "Doctorate Paneuropean Studies" in cooperation with following Universities: University of Bratislava, University of Sopron, University of Pula, Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, University of Mostar, University North Varaždin.

The topic of my doctoral thesis is presenteeism research before and during the COVID pandemic in a country comparison.

Academic Background
I hold two master's degrees: one in HR Management and Labor Law from FH Burgenland, and another in Social Sciences from the University of Vienna, with a focus on social structure, labor market, and organizations. I obtain a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Vienna.

Professional Experience
I am a experienced HR professional currently functioning as an HR Advisor at ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG since September 2023. In this position, I serve as a coordinator for inter-company human development efforts, formulates essential processes and programs, and supervises quality management. I formerly occupied multiple HR positions within the ÖBB Group, including Senior Specialist in Recruiting and Employer Branding, as well as Team Lead. My prior employment encompassed positions as Deputy Head of the MERKUR Academy and Human Resources personnel.

Skills and Certifications
I am a trained in business coaching with further educations in adult education, social media management, and labor law. I posses multilingual capabilities, demonstrating native proficiency in German, advanced proficiency in English (C1), and basic proficiency in Russian (A1).
