I am a PhD graduate in the Joint Cross-Border Programme "International Economic Relations and Management" at the Doctoral Center "Doctorate Paneuropean Studies" in cooperation with following Universities: University of Bratislava, University of Sopron, University of Pula, Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, University of Mostar, University North Varaždin.
The topic of my doctoral thesis was presenteeism research before and during the COVID pandemic in a country comparison.

After completing my bachelor's degree in Social Sciences at the University of Vienna, I completed two master's degrees: one in Business Administration (Human Resources Management and Labour Law) at the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland and another in Social Sciences at the University of Vienna, specialising in social structure, the labour market and organisations. In December 2025, I completed my doctorate in International Economic Relations and Management at the Doctorate Centre for Paneuropean Studies.

I am a experienced HR professional currently functioning as an HR Advisor at ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG since September 2023. In this position, I serve as a coordinator for inter-company human development efforts, formulates essential processes and programs, and supervises quality management. I formerly occupied multiple HR positions within the ÖBB Group, including Senior Specialist in Recruiting and Employer Branding, as well as Team Lead. My prior employment encompassed positions as Deputy Head of the MERKUR Academy and Human Resources personnel.
